Shipping Coverage    

Currently, we offer shipping services exclusively within India. We do not provide international shipping at the moment.    

Order Processing Time    

Once your order is placed successfully, our team will begin processing it within 1 to 2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. After processing, we will send you an email confirmation with your order details, including shipment information.    

Estimated Delivery Time    

Expect your stylish accessories to arrive within 3 to 8 business days. We aim to deliver your items as swiftly as possible.    

Unsuccessful Deliveries    

If the delivery fails due to reasons like an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, it will be returned to our warehouse. If you wish to have it re-shipped, you may request a re-delivery.    

Damaged or Missing Shipments    

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving it. To help us resolve the issue quickly, you may need to provide photographic evidence of the damaged item.
