  • Original Packaging : Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging. 
     
  • Tags & Labels : All tags and labels should remain intact. 
     
  • Condition : The accessory must be unused, undamaged, and unmodified. 
     
  • Processing Time : After inspecting the returned item, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. 

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, the product must remain unused, in its original packaging, and with tags still intact. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. 

Items Not Eligible for Refund

  • Hygiene-Sensitive Products : Personal care products, grooming items, and accessories like earrings, which come in contact with skin, cannot be returned once opened or used, in compliance with hygiene regulations. 
     
  • Signs of Wear : Items with visible damage or signs of usage beyond normal handling will not be accepted for return. 
     
  • Packaging : Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags intact.
